Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Anser, a product operated by Icona House LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Anser.

1. Description of Service

Anser is a smart reply assistant for e-commerce sellers. The service helps you manage customer conversations across platforms such as Etsy, Vinted, and Amazon by:

• Generating AI-assisted reply suggestions based on your shop’s knowledge base
• Building and maintaining a shop profile (communication style, policies, product info)
• Organizing customer conversations by platform and client
• Importing product catalogs from CSV or Excel files

Anser is designed exclusively for e-commerce sellers managing legitimate customer communications.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use Anser. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getanser.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create more than one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Anser offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — 10 replies per month, 1 platform, no payment required
• Solo — 200 replies per month, 3 platforms, billed monthly
• Pro — 600 replies per month, unlimited platforms, billed monthly
• Agency — 2,000 replies per month, everything in Pro, billed monthly

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on your billing date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Anser only for legitimate e-commerce customer service purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk commercial communications
• Generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service beyond normal usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Generated Content Disclaimer

Reply suggestions generated by Anser are produced by AI and are provided for your convenience only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before sending it to a customer. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of any generated suggestion.

AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for a given situation. Always apply your own judgment before using any suggestion in a real customer interaction.

6. Data and Privacy

Message history and shop knowledge you upload is used solely to generate reply suggestions within your account. We do not sell, share, or use your content for purposes beyond providing the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Anser and its underlying technology are owned by Icona House LLC. You retain ownership of all content you upload (message history, product catalogs, knowledge base entries). By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icona House LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Anser, including but not limited to loss of profits, customer relationships, or data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Anser is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
