Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Anser, operated by Icona House LLC. We want you to feel confident trying our service.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment. There is nothing to refund. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without providing any billing information.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Solo, Pro, or Agency) for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription only. Subsequent renewals or plan upgrades are not covered by the 7-day guarantee.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day period has elapsed, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day window:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refund is issued for unused days in the billing period

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account pageby clicking “Manage subscription.” Cancellation stops future billing immediately and your access continues through the end of the paid period.

There are no cancellation fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  1. Email support@getanser.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. We will confirm the refund within 2 business days

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of fraud or unauthorized use of the service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service that resulted in account suspension
